Children’s Clothing & Shoes
We accept newborn through size 7 clothing in good (or better) condition and infant through size 13 footwear with life left in them.
No brand exclusions.

Toys and Books
We prioritize open-ended and long-lasting items.
Books, blocks, art supplies, puzzles and pretend play are our jam.

Feeding & Care Supplies
We accept a limited amount of infant/toddler feeding and care items.
Bottles, cups, carriers, swaddles, sleep sacks, etc.

Furniture & Gear
We accept a limited amount of medium/large items.
Strollers, bassinets, bikes, scooters, high-chairs, etc.
How it works
Wash and pack your items into a single paper grocery bag. All items must be free of stains, rips and significant signs wear.
Email photos of any medium/large items that don’t fit into the bag to confirm whether we are able to accept them.
Complete your Consigner Agreement here.
Drop your items off - that’s it! We’ll collect your contact info, take a quick peek through your bag and give back anything we’re unable to take.
It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes.

We aim to get everything added to our inventory within a week or two.
If your items are seasonal, we will store them until the appropriate time.

Prices are set competitively based on online market research and the condition of the item. This allows us to remain consistent, and move inventory frequently so you get more $$ back!
Items are discounted as they age on the sales floor, and are donated, or added to store inventory if they don’t sell within 90-days. See our pipeline here.

We’ve built internal systems to give consigners the best shot at reselling their unwanted items locall in-store and online, or passing them on responsibly as needed.
A great deal of care goes into processing, cleaning, photographing and merchandising each and every item by hand.
As a small team, we’re unable to manage items outside of our existing processes.

We do our best to take as much as we can, based on what the majority of families need and want to buy. We consider thing such as style, season and practicality (with a healthy dose of fun).
We are unable to sell items with significant wear (pilling, stains, holes).
We also prefer items that are neutral, comfortable, durable and fun, but not too commercial (characters, branding, text, etc.).

ACH payout: 30% of the final sale price. Paid out monthly.
Store credit: 50% of the final sale price.

After you drop-off your items you will receive an email inviting you to set your Ricochet Consigner Account.
Please download the Ricochet App for Apple or Android and create your account using the email address you provided on your consigner agreement.
When you get to the login screen enter "outervillage" as the store name.
Once you’ve signed up, add the bank account you wish to receive payouts in.
Consigners are paid 30% of the final sale price of each item.
Payouts are made at the beginning of each month
